Build your signature
Edit your details, add a personal touch, and watch the preview change as you type.
Step by step

Open My Signature from the sidebar.

The preview on the right is exactly what the people you email will see.

Change any detail, like your title, and the preview updates instantly.

Open the Options tab for the extras: a headshot frame, holidays, your favorite causes and more.

Open Personal touches to add a little personality.

Choose from the ideas, or write your own.

Click a tag to add it. Coffee lover is a good start.

Add one more, then save.

Click Save changes.
