Each agent's own listings, with photo, price and a For Sale, Under Contract or Recently sold badge. Refreshed every night.
How it worksFor real estate
Your listings, open houses and recent sales in every email you send, with your license, MLS ID, designations and Equal Housing notice always correct. Generic tools like Exclaimer, CodeTwo or WiseStamp don't know what a broker of record is; this does, across the industries we support, real estate most of all.

A real signature from the product, with example data.
Each of these is a real screenshot of the product. Turn on what suits you, and let the rest stay out of the way.

How it works
A client testimonial, a link to leave a review, and today's weather for your area.
How it worksAgents tick what they want on a page of their own and see the result live. Here's what they see.

Set the brand, layout and required notices once. Agents sign in to their own page and add what you allow, like their photo, holidays, tags and causes, while their name, license, designations and the compliance notices stay exactly as you set them.

First-class fields on every agent record — never a typo, never forgotten on a new hire.
The logo and disclaimer language ship on by default across every layout.
REALTOR®, ABR, GRI, CRS — the right symbols, every time, with zero manual formatting.
Brokerage, office, team, agent — your brand cascades the way your company is actually structured.
It varies by state, and you should always confirm specifics with your broker or state regulator — but most states require a license number somewhere in marketing communications, and many brokerages add MLS membership and an Equal Housing Opportunity statement or logo. A few states go further: California requires a DRE number, and Texas requires a TREC number plus a consumer protection notice. The brokerage name and contact info usually has to appear with equal or greater prominence than the individual agent's under most states' marketing rules.
The point of software like this isn't to give you legal advice — it's to make sure whatever your brokerage decides is required gets set once, as a real field, and shows up correctly for every agent automatically, instead of being typed by hand and easy to get wrong or forget.
Enterprise tools like Exclaimer, CodeTwo, and WiseStamp were built for general IT signature management, not real estate specifically. A few tools, like SyncSignature, are also purpose-built for brokerages — worth evaluating too. Here's where a real-estate-specific tool in general differs from a generic one.
