Works where your team already works

Set your signature once. It reaches Gmail, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 / Outlook automatically — no copy-pasting, no new software for your people to learn.

Integrations

Gmail and Google Workspace

The signature is written straight into each person's Gmail, and stays current.

  • One click per person — no password sharing, and they can revoke it any time
  • Change a template, a sign-off or a scheduled offer and every connected inbox updates on its own
  • Works with personal Gmail and Google Workspace domains
  • Workspace admins see who has a signature and who's missing one, and add people in bulk
  • We read the signature back after every update to confirm Gmail took it

Microsoft 365 and Outlook

A small Outlook add-in your admin installs once. It adds each person's signature as they write.

  • Added automatically to every new message, reply and forward
  • One upload by your Microsoft 365 admin — nothing for anyone else to install
  • Works in Outlook for Windows (new and classic), Outlook on the web, Outlook for Mac and recent mobile apps
  • Changes apply on the very next message — nothing to push or reinstall
  • Teams for chat, Outlook for email: signatures simply work in the email you already use

On another email app, such as Apple Mail? Every signature also has a one-click Copy signature that pastes as the finished design.

The same signature, everywhere

Set it once

Brand, layout and compliance fields live in one place. Both integrations read from it.

Mixed teams are fine

Some on Gmail, some on Outlook? They get the same look, and you manage it all from one dashboard.

Minimal access

Only what's needed to place the signature. Nothing reads, sends or stores anyone's email.

Questions

Do you read our email?

No. Gmail access is limited to the signature setting. The Outlook add-in only signs the person in (name and sign-in address) so it can fetch their signature. Neither one reads, sends or stores messages.

Can a team use both Gmail and Outlook?

Yes. The same templates, brand and fields drive both. People on Gmail connect with one click; people on Microsoft 365 get the add-in. Anyone on another email app can copy and paste.

Do we need IT to set it up?

Not for Gmail — each person approves the connection themselves, or a Workspace admin connects the domain. For Microsoft 365, an admin uploads the add-in once from the admin center, and we have a step-by-step guide for them.

What if someone leaves?

Disconnect them in one click. Their Gmail signature stops being managed, or they're removed from the Outlook rollout, and you can see who is still active at a glance.

Try it with your own inbox

$15 a year for one person, and you can build it before you pay. Connect Gmail in a minute, or talk to us about rolling it out on Microsoft 365.
