Who qualifies for the free nonprofit plan?
U.S. organizations recognized as tax-exempt by the IRS, such as 501(c)(3) charities, with an EIN we can find in the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search, and up to 50 people using it. Churches and other organizations that aren't listed with the IRS can contact us and we'll work it out.
What is included in the free plan?
The full product: every signature layout, your logo and colors applied to everyone, photo upload with zoom and framing, an optional handwritten signature, an organization, chapter and team structure, a spam-risk check, and one-click Gmail updates.
How do I apply?
Fill in the form on this page with your organization's name, EIN and contact details. We check the EIN against the IRS list, then email you. When you sign up with the email address you used, your account is free.
What if we have more than 50 people?
The free plan covers up to 50 people. For a larger organization, contact us and we'll agree something fair, usually a discount on the regular per-member price.
Do volunteers and board members count toward the 50?
Yes, anyone who has a signature in your account counts, whether they are paid staff, board members or volunteers.
Do you offer this for trade associations and real estate boards?
Associations, chapters and boards that are tax-exempt can ask for the free plan for their own staff and leadership. If you'd like to offer signatures to your member businesses, contact us about a partnership instead.
