Terms of Service
Last updated: September 18, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Email Signature Magic (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
The Service
Email Signature Magic lets an organization define a branded email signature template and push it to its members' connected email accounts (currently Gmail, via Google's Gmail API). We render and transmit the signature on your organization's behalf; we do not access, read, or store the content of any email you send or receive.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. An organization admin is responsible for the members they invite and the data entered on their behalf.
Subscriptions and fees
Paid plans and pricing are described on our pricing page. Fees are billed in advance on the cadence shown at signup and are non-refundable except as required by law or as we otherwise state in writing. We may change our pricing with advance notice; changes apply to future billing periods.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send or facilitate spam, phishing, or deceptive email.
- Violate any applicable law, or a third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or another customer's data.
- Upload content you don't have the right to use (logos, photos, trademarks, etc.).
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation.
Your content
You retain ownership of the brand assets, member data, and other content you upload or enter ("Customer Content"). You grant us a license to host, process, and transmit Customer Content solely as needed to provide the Service. You're responsible for having the rights to any Customer Content you provide, including compliance-related claims (license numbers, designations, and similar fields) you enter.
Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers — currently Google (Gmail), with Microsoft 365 planned. Your use of those providers' own services remains subject to their own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability or conduct.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every email client will render a signature identically.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where practical. Upon termination, we'll delete or return your Customer Content within a reasonable period, except as required by law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes, we'll provide additional notice.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
