Built for loan officers, not retrofitted for them

Generic signature tools don't know what an NMLS number is or when Equal Housing Lender language is expected. We built this specifically around how lending teams actually work — one of the industries we support.

Compliance fields, not free text

NMLS Unique Identifier

A field on every loan officer's record, with the branch and company numbers beside it — the SAFE Act requires the originator's ID on written communication with consumers.

Equal Housing Lender

The equal housing line reads "Equal Housing Lender" on a lender's signatures, not the real estate wording — as text, set by your organization.

Never hand-typed

Set once by your organization, pushed to every loan officer's signature automatically — no copy-paste, no forgetting it on a new hire.

Your real branch structure

Branch, team, loan officer — your brand cascades the way your company is actually structured.

What actually needs to be in a loan officer's email signature?

The SAFE Act requires a mortgage loan originator to disclose their NMLS Unique Identifier on the originator's initial written communication with a consumer — in practice, most lenders put it on every email to stay safe. Equal Housing Lender logos and statements are also required on advertisements, which email correspondence commonly counts as under state and federal rules.

As always, confirm the specifics with your compliance team or counsel — the point of software like this isn't to give legal advice, it's to make sure whatever your branch decides is required gets set once, as a real field, and shows up correctly for every loan officer automatically.

Us vs. a generic signature tool

Enterprise tools like Exclaimer and CodeTwo were built for general IT signature management, not lending specifically. Here's where a lending-specific tool differs from a generic one.
