Built for collection agencies, not retrofitted for them
Generic signature tools don't know what a mini-Miranda is or that it can't be optional. We built this specifically around how collection agencies actually work — one of the industries we support.
Compliance fields, not free text
The mini-Miranda, locked in
The FDCPA disclosure that a communication is from a debt collector — set once at the company level, not left to each agent to remember.
Never editable by an agent
A compliance-critical disclosure shouldn't be something an individual agent can accidentally delete or reword.
Never hand-typed
Set once, pushed to every agent's signature automatically — no copy-paste, no forgetting it on a new hire.
Your real agency structure
Agency, team, agent — your brand and your compliance language cascade the way your company is actually structured.
What actually needs to be in a collection agent's email signature?
The FDCPA (and Regulation F) require the "mini-Miranda" — disclosing that the communication is from a debt collector attempting to collect a debt, and that information obtained will be used for that purpose — on the initial communication with a consumer, and many agencies include it on every communication to stay safe. This is the strictest, most literal "must appear every time" rule of any industry we looked at, with real litigation risk if it's missing.
As always, confirm exact wording with your compliance team or counsel — the point of software like this isn't to give legal advice, it's to lock the disclosure your compliance team approved at the company level, so no individual agent can accidentally omit or reword it.
Us vs. a generic signature tool
Enterprise tools like Exclaimer and CodeTwo were built for general IT signature management, not collections specifically. Here's where a compliance-first tool differs from a generic one.
| Feature | Email Signature Magic | Generic tool |
|---|---|---|
| Company-wide locked disclosure block | ||
| Agents can't remove or edit the required disclosure | ||
